Single Ply Restoration System

We offer a complete waterproofing system for aged EPDM, TPO, PVC, CSPE and Modified Bitumen roofs that can improve and extend the life of an existing single-ply roof. As single-ply membranes become weathered rooftops can crack and leak. Seams especially are prone to failure. Our white, reflective elastromeric coatings from Conklin provide cost-effective solutions for restoration of your single-ply roof system, resulting in improved energy savings and adds years of life for your old roof system. The white reflective roof coating keeps your roof surface cool, reduces roof movement; extending the life of your roof system. The system consists of applying Conklin’s WAC II roof cleaner followed by a thorough power washing of your roof system. We then apply Tack Coat single-ply membrane primer to your entire roof area. Then we reinforce all your seams with Spunflex fabric imbedded in base coat. Your entire roof area is then coated with a highly reflective white top coat, resulting in a seamless, watertight membrane that reflects up to 84% of the suns uv rays; keeping your building cooler and improving your energy savings.
